Our Service Incluldes:
- An edited aerial video beginning with the address of the property. Each video includes background music.
- Up to 5 (depending on property size) aerial .jpg photos of the property.
- An email link to the download of all the files. CD’s (just data) or DVD’s (movie) are available for an additional $10 and will be delivered to your office or home.
- A YouTube link will be provided and the video will be uploaded to my YouTube channel. Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=71JxRyLCMqw&t=2s
- Payment is done via PayPal.

Travel Surcharge:
$20 for properties outside Houston County (up to 30 miles)
$35 for properties over 30 miles such as Troy, Eufaula, etc.
Our pricing is based on the total number of square feet as listed in MLS or tax records if an MLS listing is not available.
Video shots are subject surrounding obstacles such as; trees, power lines, other buildings, etc. I do my best to safely get every angle of the property subject to access due to the above as well as fences, animals or other obstacles.
When I fly I use VeriFly insurance which provides $1,000,000 in coverage.
