How It Works

I use a DJI drone to shoot video and photographs, then download the media to my computer where I edit it for content and add a title page and background music.  It is then uploaded and made available to you via an e-mail link.  This is your video to use as you see fit.

Real Estate Agents

This is a service that is beneficial to both you and the home owner.  I recommend that you inform your client of the service and have them pay for the video.  The client would then be the owner of the video and you will not have any out of pocket expense.

For Sale By Owner

If you are selling your house on your own you need every advantage in a competitive market.  A video will greatly enhance the marketability of your property.  I can store the video on my site and provide you a link to the video for your marketing such as fliers.   I can also assist you in setting up a website for your property.
